I am pursuing a B.Comm in MIS at
the "John Molson School of Business" at Concordia
University (Montreal,
Canada)
B.Comm is a University Bachelor's of Commerce
degree. At Concordia, the Commerce faculty is called
the "John Molson School of Business". After Concordia
got a generous donation from Molson. Beer was in the deal too, at
all Commerce functions, only Molson beer (and all their
subsidiary drinks) are provided.

Management Information Systems Major
The websites hardly have any information. if you want
more information about the program, good luck. The website
has hardly any information. It's quite unfortunate,
and ironic. I mean it is the Management Information
Systems program. You'd think they would have written
information about the program.
If you want to know more about any program in University,
your best bet is to:
- ask someone in the program (like me)
- contact the student association (for MIS
students it's DSMISSA)
- check the course registration "calendar"
and see what courses MIS students take, which you
can pick up at the school directly.
This is good advice to follow for any student interested
to know more about a program.
Concordia
University is a university in Montreal, Canada.
The MIS program is a mix between Computer programming
and business.
I am in MIS because I am fascinated about technology,
and Information Technology (IT) on a broad scale MIS
is a program that studies IT on a broad scale.
Point of interest: my
long-term plans
